If two teams are tied in the standings, which comes first, the +/- or the head-to-head match-up? I couldn't find any clarification in the rules and I was curious.

It is clearly stated in the rules that it is head to head then +/-.

I just went back and double-checked, when I looked for it, I stopped reading after #26. I didn't see the "Other General Rules" section. Sorry about that, thanks for clarifying!
