Thanks for your question. Easy question but not an easy answer without more detail. It all depends where the runners are and where the interference ocurred.
Can you please write back and let me know. There is a possibility that two outs could occur if the umpire feels that a double play could be made, otherwise play stops when the interference occurs and only one will be called.
One other thing. Do you think that the interference was intentional? That will also have a bearing. There is a lot to consider here.

| Loaded question. The base runner is entitled to the line - if this is about the play I think it is - the runner can't be called out for interference if a ball is thrown at him and hits him. The runner is entitled to the baseline. |

Your original question had to do about a fielder fielding the ball. Now your question has to do about a thrown ball. Two different questions.
In the first scenario, the runner is not 'entitled' to anything. If the fielder is on the baseline, then the runner has to make all attempts to avoid interfering. Period. Interfere and you are out.
In your second question about being hit with a thrown ball, then if the runner is hit and did not intentionally interfere then there is no call.
